“I had a leak in my gas line to the water heater over the weekend and had to have my gas shut off, so I had been without hot water for a couple of days. When I called other services first thing Monday, they were unable to come out for a week or more. The only other company potentially available that day was very short with me over the phone, as though she didn’t have time for my problems. She reluctantly offered to try to squeeze me in but wouldn’t guarantee they would make it out. Then I called Skyward Heating, Air & Plumbing. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. There were no issues with getting someone out, in fact they were here within 2 hours of my call. The technician was great! Even though he didn’t have the right part with him, he was able to find one quickly and came right back to finish the repair. I had hot water back by lunchtime! Overall, I received outstanding service from Skyward and would highly recommend them to anyone.”
