Unfortunately, I missed that call & forgot, but Briana called again Tuesday morning. I appreciated the dedication to call me more than once — I couldn’t get any other plumbers to call me back at all.
Garry came to give me an estimate the same day I talked with Briana and then he was here first thing the next morning to install our new water heater. He also fixed a few things that the previous plumber had done wrong, so I feel good about the longevity of the water heater.
